Which mower to get

Can anyone suggest a reasonably cheap lawnmower, preferably electric, which would be suitable for a small lawn, 15 ' x 15' to be precise. A grass collection box would be nice too.
I've looked at a few, but after reading reviews, I was put off, so I thought I'd ask on here.
