Hi, Can I please get some help selecting a suitable electric sander to prepare walls for painting, sand gloss painted door and window sill for my 2 bed flat and my sister's 3 bed house, so lots sanding!

This sander will need to sand:
- wallpaper paste residue (even after sugar soap and hot water wash).
- walls have partial gloss paint (not peeling) & bare plaster.
- walls that had patched repaired and filled due to blown plaster and rewire.
- newly plastered walls but but still have some undulated spot.
- gloss painted doors and window sills (not peeling).

I like Makita M9204 the most but worry the 240W power is not enough for the job?

This Erbauer ero400 is 400W and looks the part too but is 2.5kg too heavy to use on walls? The carbon Brushes is not replaceable, too. How long should the carbon brushes last for?

If power and carbon brushes are not any concern perhaps I can go for the cheapest Mac Allister MEOS300? https://www.screwfix.com/p/mac-allister-meos300-125mm-electric-random-orbit-sander-240v/241gf

I plan to use Abranet and connect to Henry with HEPA bags to help with dust control, so I'm not considering belt/sheet sander.
