Which Radiator thermostatic valves

Hi folks need to install 3 new radiators and I am looking for decent trv valves.

I have been advised to have the ones with vertical drains so we can drain the radiator down and lock shield.

These are the 2 I have found so far

Are these any any good are what's the different between the rt 414, rt212 or tvr 4.

Am I after the right things or is there a better make or a more cost effective one.

Depends your budget, some as cheap £6.00 but drayton hi spec for a moment

Thanks for that I want dome thing decent but that will not break the bank
