Which uPVC Seal?

Sorry, this is probably really obvious, but what is this window seal? Needs replacing. As far as I can tell it measures 3mm and 3mm. I've tried looking, but so many different types?

Thanks. Screwfix do a 3mm 6mm Seal : STORMRMGUARD UPVC DOOR & WINDOW SEAL BLACK 20M
Will that do it?

You can get all sorts of seal profiles on ebay- one lot i used will send you 10 samples (you pick them from a massive range) for the price of the postage.
