Whirlpool ADG7540/1 Disherwasher Error Code 4

I've looked at similar threads but not seen any for error code 4. Does anyone know what this means?

Before anyone tells me, I've just seen this thread which says that error 4 is a drainage failure:

I'm afraid the cleaning tip didn't fix it. In fact I'd only recently cleaned the filter so it was fairly OK. I wondered if the pump wasn't working so I poured in some water and ran a cycle and the water has drained away. So, if everything's clear and it's still showing a 'drainage problem' could it be a faulty microswitch that detects blocked drainage? Has anyone else seen this and got any ideas?

Not the filters that need cleaning, it's the pressure switch.
