Hi, can anyone help me please? When the door is half open, the lighst are illuminated green on the top of the door, but when you go to close the door to start the washer, the lights go out so the dishwasher will not work.
Could be a bad connection someplace in the control panel, possible damage to the wiring behind the door, or maybe something untoward has happened to your door switch. I don't think I've ran into that particular issue on my travels.
