Whirlpool ADP 4500. Help?

I have a whirlpool ADP 4500 dishwasher which has recently started pumping out only cold water. It seems to go through the rest of the wash cycle, but does not heat or dry the dishes due to lack of heat. Any one have any suggestions that don't involve binning it and buying a new dish washer?
