Whirlpool adp 4501/5 not washing

My dishwasher adp 4501/5 seems to have stopped cleaning.
Water seems to be going in and draining away.

The dishwasher "tab" was left semi-disolved in the bottom.

There are no green flashing lights - any ideas?
