Whirlpool ADP4500 makes a very loud knocking sound

Hi all

My dishwasher makes a banging yet stuttering sound that sounds like it comes from the bottom of the machine. I thought I had solved the problem as the internal pipe was loose, this stop it for a while but it has come back.

Any ideas?
