Whirlpool built in oven keeps resetting it's self.

Hi we have a whirlpool built in oven that keeps resetting its self. You turn it on and set the temp and it will be ok sometimes but then other time it keeps clicking and going back to a 160 degrees and you lose the timer. Can this be fixed, is it easy??
