Whirlpool Dishwasher, ADG6340 - Where to locate thermal fuse

Dishwasher packed in a month or so back, read that the fact it has water still in the bottom, didnt complete the wash cycle, and that it wont power on, means that more than likely the thermal fuse has gone, tried to find it by the control panel but had no luck.
Can anyone please help?

what stage of the wash cycle
did it heat
does it pump out
leak ???
does it circulate
does it fill
etc etc

No idea of the wash stage it packed out on, but it never dissolved the tablet at all, so im assuming right near the beginning. no leakage.
and it doesn't turn on at all, so i have no idea if pump works and what not.
but i've read in a few places that it's the thermal fuse, and someone said theirs did the same, replaced the thermal fuse, and it worked again.

but i'm having a hard time locating at, like i said, cant find it by the control panel
