whirlpool dwf b10 dishwasher stops mid cycle F11?

Hi there,

I've got a whirlpool dwf b10 dishwasher which stops after 2 minutes of the cycle. The light flashes 11 times then pauses then 11 times again etc. I can't find what this error code means. Can you let me know please?

Optical Water Indicator fault. Remove the mesh filter and clean the black grid on the side of the sump. Be careful cleaning that you don't puncture the membrane. The OWI may be faulty and need replacing if cleaning doesn't work.
