Hi everybody, it looks like our dishwasher has called it a night after about 13 years or so - it's a Whirlpool Generation 2000 ADG 720 WH/2, semi-integrated, service number is 8511 720 15002.

My question is, does anybody know how to remove the door cabinet / panel thing (that matches the rest of our kitchen)? I think it might be some kind of clip or clips holding it on, but can't find anything about it in the instructions or online.

Thanks in advance.... :)

Actually, if anobody's interested, you can do it this way:

OPen the door and remove 4 screws either side on the stainless steel inner backing. It will be the 4 screws starting from the bottom of the door upwards (small Phillips screws). These screws hold the metal white panel which your decorative panel will be attached to. As you remove the screws, support the panel underneath as it will start to come loose.

Once you have all 8 screws off, the decorative panel and the metal panel together can be jiggled free. Turn it so that the decorative panel is face down, you will see the 4 clips holding this on to the metal panel. Slide these firmly in the appropriate direction to seperate the two, and you're good to go :)

I guess there may be another way, but this worked for me.
