During the last rinse cycle, my washing machine is backing up into the toilet and the sink. It is causing water to come up the bottom seal in the toilet and running into the floor. What would cause this to happen.
If you are not using a macerator, then your drains would appear to be blocked somewhere & will need rodding to clear the blockage, if you do not have cover with your house insurance or are unwilling to call out a plumber then you will have to find the inpection hatch or rodding eye for your drains & try to clear the blockage. It is difficult to be certain, not having seen your set up but that is how your description sounds to me & having just noticed your location I am really not sure how they deal with waste water/sewage in the states
