I have had this washer for a couple of years and is ok most of the time.

Recently though, the clothes after a wash and spin are still really wet.

I have followed the instructions and unscrewed cap at bottom and drained off leftover water, then topped it up with 1 litre of water through the detergent drawer after the cap is screwed back in.

Was ok at first and working ok but is playing up again - clothes are still really wet when cycle end.

Any tips appreciated.

Why are you putting water in?
Wet washing is either due to a blocked pump so the spin cycle does not start or worn brushes on the motor preventing a spin.

The instruction manual specifies this.

The spin cycle activates and seems to carry out its full cycle.
