whirpool 4601 5 flashes

hi guys i ran a diagnostic on my dishwasher and it returned with 5 flashes which i believe is a blocked sprayarm but i have no idea where to start really ive taken the 2 obvious arms off and cleaned them but i still get the error

any ideas guys would be much appreciated

"Whirlpool 4601" isn't a valid model number.
Post the "12NC" number (12 digits & starts with 85--). You will find it on a sticker in the door lip.
