Hi,
There is a blockage in the top arm of our Whirlpool dishwasher. Manual says pick out through the holes but don't remove the arm. I can't clear the blockage so I need to remove the arm (I can do this quite easily for the bottom arm).
Problem is, there are a couple of lugs on the arm and it looks like I might break the fastening that this seems to screw in to (the arm now spins up to 360 degrees now I've snapped one of the lugs on the arm

How do I remove the arm?
