My Whirlpool DWF B10 dishwasher completes it's cycle, however, the soap tablet remains in the soap dispenser tray barely used. Please help.

Start off by ensuring the spray arms aren't blocked.

I have checked the spray arms and they are not blocked. I can't seem to find any solutions on previous communication.
