White Pipe Insulation??? Would any paint be suitable?

Hi. I was just wondering if anyone knows where I can get some white pipe insulation for the pipes in my bathroom. All I can find is grey or black.
If not, does anyone know what kind of paint might be suitable for painting pipe insulation? Because I don't want it flaking off.

Do you want to insulate the pipes or colour them and make them less hot to touch?

You can get a simple slit white pipe cover from various suppliers, such as Screwfix.com.
