I’ve got some cheapo IKEA items that are raw pine, and I want to make them white with the grain still visible. It doesn’t need to be particularly hard-wearing or waterproof.
I’ve found a few white woodstains or oils. In some cases they come in much larger tins than I need and are expensive. This isn’t a job I want to spend a lot on! Can anyone recommend a suitable product?
I am considering this OSMO oil, because it comes in a 125ml tin - though maybe that’s a bit too small! :

Any ideas?
