They have a good idea of what to do but pensioners want the triple lock and no cuts in services. George Osborne has a lot to answer for.
You know more than me. To be fair to Mandy he was probably just looking for work from Jeff, more greasing the pole I suppose
Mandy is nowhere near as black as they paint him. He has a very good business head on him and IMO Starmer did well putting him in our Ambassador's role. It's just a pity his previous came back to bite him on the bum. He will be a difficult mind to replace.

I don't agree with you most of the time, but I think you are fairly close with the above.
The fact he could work with Trump, and has obviously been to some of the same events, hosted by the same people,, made him capable of doing a good Ambassadorial role.
A pity that his previous has caught up with him, but others seem to have not been bitten. Yet.
