Just been left a property and cleaning it up to rent out....
Found a large crack in an internal 4 inch a foot away from the outside wall... wall looks like there may be some damp damage at the base of it too. Pulled the bath out and there it was. Seems too easy to think that they are not linked and its an old bath leak...
Pulled the wallpaper off on the other side and crack is right through. Damp at the bottom in the form of rotten skirting board.
Outside walls all intact, no cracks.
So who do i turn to to get it all checked out?
