I am about to fit seperate pumps to increase the whole house hot and cold water flow from my traditional vented system in my 4 bedroom house with one bathroom with Shower and an en-suite shower with Bath.
I have looked at the Techflow Turbo 2 SE/NHE (2 Bar) and also the new Stuart Turner Monsoon Universal U2.5/3.1 Bar (46413). Both are single, negative head pumps. I plan to fit the pumps in the loft but at least 500mm below the water level of the storage tank. I will be using a direct hot water feed via a Techflange directly out of the side of the Hot water cylinder with a gravity loop before going up to the loft. All 22mm copper piping.
Has anyone got any views on the merits/pros & cons of each of the above pumps before I make a decision. They seem to be of a similar price.
