What type of tradesmen is most likely to have a tool set like this?

Just found these in my shed. My wife thought they were ours

Looks like a cheapo kit for repairing electronic gadgets as the tweezers and desoldering pump give it away.
 
Yes, pc kit. I got the same kit from Maplin years ago. It doesn't come with any screws, the ones in that tube look like hard drive screws/motherboard/PC case screws.

Just try and figure out what trades you've had round and work it out from there, it's unlikely to be the window cleaner or roofer.
 
I think this was found in the loft, so probably older than our time here!
 
I had one of those kits some 30+ years ago.
The tweezers are about 12" away from me now, the M3 nut runner is down in the cellar (I have better now) and the yellow pearl catcher is in my tool draws at work (handy for small nuts :) :) ). The rest is history.
