Why has my thread been locked?

I just checked the rules, and as far as I can tell my post wasn't against any of them, I haven't received any message/admin email about it.

Is there a fault with the board software?

Mod6 had replied to this but their comment expired and disappeared, I have re-instated it, but it explains Richardus locked topic issue. So apologies MisterG and thanks for your reply anyway
