Wide internal door

Hi

I'm having trouble locating a flush, paint grade internal door 2040mm x 1000mm x 35-50mm. Some manufacturers can build me a custom door for £700! It'd be cheaper for me to make them myself at those sort of figures. Any ideas of a supplier that might be able to supply something more reasonable? The door is going to be attached to a Hawa sliding door mechanism.

Is the door going to be completely flush? If so just get a 'door blank' and cut it down eg http://www.kaybeedoors.co.uk/doors/internal-doors/fire-doors/door-blank.html
