WiFi thermostat wiring

I have a BHT 6000 thermostat that I am replacing a Honeywell basic thermostat with.

I have 1 red, 1 blue, 1 yellow and 1 green and yellow.

It works, ( power on, and ticks when temp needs to come on) bit it isn’t taking to the boiler

which holes would you put which wire in?
