Will my equipment work with Hive Heating Plus?

I have a Hive thermostat and hub, which was installed by British Gas around 4 1/2 years ago. Thermostat on back says it’s Model WPT1. The Hub is a Nano 2 Hub V2, Sales Code HUB320. British Gas have emailed me and offered me 6 months free Hive Heating Plus. Does anyone know if my existing equipment will work with that?
