Wind and water in alu patio sliders?

Pretty sure i shouldn't be seeing daylight...fitters blaming products..manufacturers blaming fitters?? Wind is howling through here...same problem at bottom where we have the extra bonus of water...help??! Is there something missing here like some sort of seal or something?

There should be a block of brush pile draught excluder there top and bottom, its not been fitted

Thanks Crack39. Is this easy for me to get and sort myself- I cant get hold of the fitters (not answering their phones!) to try and sort it..im thinking I may just do it myself
