I think this is happening, when Win 11 updates itself, or at least I noticed it this time, directly after installing an update this week....
Firefox, reopened itself, with the very same set of pages I had been looking at many weeks ago. I opened Outlook, and that reopened an email I had been reading many weeks ago. Whatapp, did something similar.
