Window arm retention fittings

Hi any

idea what this is called or where I can source one? The wind caught the patio door and this fitting which held a retention arm gave up. It has a part number 21608

It's a restrictor, google search pvc door restrictor, lots of results on amazon/ebay, roughly £10 complete, you can't buy the broken part separately

Ty I'll have a look was hoping to use the same screw holes. Found similar https://locksandhardwaredirect.co.uk/product/versa-concealed-door-window-restrictor/ but the only one. Have asked the company who fitted back in 2013 but as yet no response - they're pretty slow! Otherwise I'll see what I can do with a full kit.
