Window leak

In my En-suite bathroom, our window is getting water droplets which are flowing down our wall and leaving stains and going to create mold. Any idea what the issue is or how to fix it?

That moisture has beaded, like condensation would, rather than rain water ingress. What ventilation regime are you using, after the bath/shower has been used?
