Window Seal - basic question

I have a really basic question but what is the seal shown in the image that goes around the window called? I need to replace it, or add to what is there at the bottom of the window as there seems to be a gap.

Yours is an old wooden window so it will be draught excluder/weatherstrip.

Use an EDPM "P" or "E" section, from any DIY shed. It sticks to clean shiny paint but not to dirt or scabby paint.

Google search Q-Lon aquamac and you should find the gasket you need, there are various shapes so you may need to pull a bit out of your window to check
