Hi i am after a 4 metre pine or hardwood board for my front room and am having difficulty getting one that length. I live on merseyside any advice please?

Can you clarify that this is an 'internal' window board and not an 'external window CILL' as the two often get confused
If it is the internal window board you are after then id be inclined to buy a length of lets say 8 x 1 pse(planed square edge) timber from a timber yard and put the bullnose on myself.
Im assuming that you need this to be in one full length?! Im also assuming that you have one mighty large window
