Windows and Doors for my house

Hi guys,
I have been staying in Vancouver for the past 15 years. The window and door frames of my house are being cracked and I would like replacement of the same. I do not know who can do it all perfect. I have had a talk with a professional in town, http://canglow.ca/ (Canglow windows and doors) who seem to say that they can help me with the replacement of these frames. Is it trust worthy to go with them?
