Windscreen washer not working (Berlingo)

I’ve just filled the bottle up thinking it was empty but no fluid is coming out plus I can’t hear any hiding sound from the sall motor which should be working.

many idea on what has broken ?

it’s a Citroen berlingo van 2015

It's very possible that the pump is clogged with sludge, or has failed in some other way. You'll have to take it off. Although you might be able to clear it (or repair the wiring or other fault) I'd buy a new pump before you start. Probably less than £10.

Depending on the vehicle you might need to work from underneath, or may be able to lift the bottle out. I'd give it a good clean as well.

The washer bottle and pump is behind the front offside wheel arch liner and the pump is a push fit into a rubber grommet at the bottom.
Have you checked the fuses first?

10 amp fuse under the bonnet mate, mid nearside.
The older model had this fuse inside, just to confuse things!
