I believe the DT detector takes a couple of CR123A and the slim door contact takes CR2450 batteries.
They are widely available.

When I put in a wireless system for a relative I had a policy of changing all the batteries annually, but they last much longer. An annual change means they never get forgotten or run down.
I used to buy in bulk from Maplins and keep them in boxes at the house.
