Hi i am an english self employed electrician,

I have been asked to wire a place in the mountains for one of my exsisting customers, I have been searching the web and i have found out a bit but i could do with some more answers. hopefully you guys can help.

The property consists of 3 one bedroom flats and an apartment that sleeps 12 which will be rented out. the one bed flats are for the three owners so they can come and go when they want.

i am looking to run sub mains to each flat and then wire in trunking under the floor with dog legs in pvc conduit going up to the boxes. is this normal/acceptable. does each flat need to be on a seperate phase or will that cause nusance tripping if only one flat is occupied? do i use SWA for the sub mains? do i need to install t.v and telephone points? lots more questions to come

can anybody help?

many thanks simon
