Have a Ariel running to a Wolsey splitter, which is then split to various Ariel points.

This isn't powered but looks like it could be, it doesn't have a power jack.

is this possible and how?

Thanks in advance.

These things are phantom powered up one of the aerial (correct spelling ;) ) cables from a TV point. The power travels in the opposite direction to the signal coming down from the Wolsey splitter.

If you can get to the Wolsey, have a look at the circuit board where the output cables are connected. At least one of them will be marked as accepting power in. Here's a Wolsey 2-way variable, You can clearly read "Power in 12v/50mA on any output"

You don't need to stick with the brand. Power supplies are interchangeable. The Fringe P1235 on the

SATCURE page will work perfectly with your Wolsey. The only thing to check is if the wall sockets are isolating (block DC power) or non-isolating (allow DC power) types. If you take one off and see a capacitor on the back then it'll need changing for one that allows power through.
