Worcester 15/19, CH comes on when only DHW should be on

Can someone please help. I have a Worcester Heatslave 15/19 Oil combi boiler. When I select the DHW only, it runs the central heating as well!! When I select CH only, the boiler will fire up and run for 5 or so minutes and then switch off, during which time the circulating pump has not come on and no hot water to be found anywhere, including the DHW.

Diverter valve actuator failed. Worcester part only. Use google to find suppliers (Heating Parts Specialists)
