Hi All...got 1st bit of advice from forum regarding no hot water but CH ok
I changed the diverter valve (over 4 hours) but still no joy...

I did notice when i replaced the valve that there seemed to be no movement at the point where the relay switch makes contact with the DV shaft
Also when the HW is switched on i can hear no click from the relay switch
Any help or advice please

What forum did you get that advice from? Very rarely do you need to change the whole diverter on those boilers. It usually only involves a change of diaphragm. :?:

If you changed just the diaphragm and the push rod does not move out and operate the microswitch, then you have fitted it incorrectly.(Are you sure you fitted it the correct way round?) Remove the microswitch and operate it by hand to check the control system is working.
Looks like you may have fitted the diaphragm assy wrong.

Checked system again and diaphragm was the right way round
Put all back together and hey presto it works...hot water and all!!!!
Cant explain it really...but i do now have a small leak from one of the push connecters behind the heat exchanger :(
