Hi, I've just joined and seen similar posts to this one but non this specific to my problem and would appreciate some advice if possible.

I have a Gas Worcester 24i Combi boiler; every time the central heating goes off the pressure drops to 0 and I have to top the system up. A few months ago I discovered that the inlet valve (excuse the lack of tech knowledge) at the loop where you top it up with water was faulty and that it was constantly filling up the system (and had been for about 6 months). This had resulted in very high pressure and a couple of radiators leaking. I've replaced the valve and fixed the leaks but the system is still losing pressure.

Yesterday I took up my flooring and went under the house but could see no further leaks there either. I read a post about topping up the expansion tank with air but that doesn't seem to be taking any air with the bike pump I'm using (as suggested in another post).

Has the problem with the water filling the system up caused more damage that just my leaking rads do you think? Or is there something else that I could try?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Thanks, Jonny
