Worcester 24i Junior Greenstar HW issue.

The CH working with no issues but the DHW is not. When there is demand for DHW the boiler fires up and everything works but there is not Hot water at the tap. However, the radiators get hot. What seems to be the issue?
 
called my gas engineer today and luck he was not busy. came around a sorted out, it was was sticking diverter valve motor.
