Please help I have A Worcester 24i not the greenstar type we inherited it with the purchase of the house six years ago there was no information left with it, it has been brilliant up until now. The problem is that there is no hot water I have tried all the usual suspects such as the pressure gauge and this reads 1.5 bar the fan is running but all I seem to keep getting is a red flashing light that has a warning triangle over it I have pressed this as I think this may be the reset button but hence nothing.I have also turned the boiler off at the mains and tried waiting for 10 minutes in the hope the electronic ignition may reboot itself but no result, please help with any information if possible, it would be much appreciated.

Hi I looked on Worcester for some information but they discontinued this boiler they have some information but it's very limited. I have tried everything the online manual says and no results :( I wasn't given the original with the purchase of the house but thank you for your replies

These simple boilers only have a single indicator for several faults.

However, its usually because its not igniting.

We dont give advice on DIY gas repairs here so if thats the problem you will need to call a registered boiler engineer.
