Worcester 24i not igniting

Condensing pipe on the boiler had frozen externally.
defrosted it both outside and in.

still not able to start

runs through start up functions, then the ble light flashes slowly and the red reset button also flashes slowly.

when pressing reset button nothing hapens.

does anyone have any suggestions

are you sure you have cleared it?? can you unscrew the overflow pipe from the syphon and easily blow down it??

Probably still all wet around the condensate trap.

disconnected condensate from base of boiler, from reading manual, possibley locked out anyone know how to unlock?
