worcester 24i rsf not igniting

boiler will only fire if i turn on hot tap then switch tap of then back on again as, soon as soon as hot water is coming through, i switch on heating at timer and it works fine.

have had new aps & flow switch fitted but no difference.

any ideas appreciated

I had the same problem very recently, the fan was changed and it solved the problem. You can buy a fan very cheaply. About £45 off the internet and it takes about 2 minutes to change. Just make sure you isolate the power when you do it. I learned the hard way and it cost me over £100 from a heating engineer but having watched him a child could replace it.[/b]
