I have a Worcester 28cdi boiler which has had several problems.

The pressure vessel, pump and valve have all been replaced, and soon afterwards, the boiler started tripping itslf, requiring the red reset button being pressed to start the boiler again.

The engineer then replaced a sensor, but the problem still persists. He now says the next step is to replace the electronic control panel.

Please can anyone offer any advice as to what may be causing this? It trips out at least a dozen times a day.

Thanks for your help.

how long does it take from firing up to the button popping. and does it do it in heating and hot water mode or just in one?
