Worcester 28i heating working but no Hot water from taps

I have a Worcester 28i Combi - the radiators are all hot but I have no hot water from any Taps, the cold water is fine, I suspect the cold feed into the boiler maybe frozen. (The boiler is in the garage). If not a frozen feed in - has anyone any other ideas?

My water supply 'T's' off the mains, (which runs down the side and round the back of the house to my kitchen, which does have cold water), and into a downstairs bathroom (which used to be a utility room with the old boiler in it). I have had a hairdryer on the pipes which are running behind the vainty unit, these also 'T' off to the shower and then through the wall into the garage where the boiler is. How long would you expect the pipes to take (when gently heated) to thaw, ie how long for the heat to travel along the pipe and thaw out where I think the problem is (approx 600mm from where I can actually get to)
