i have a problem with the hot water. all seems ok until i try and run the bath upstairs. i can get about 1/4 bath full and then the boiler locks out which brings in the fan and the red warning lamp is flashing about 4 times a second. if i press to reset the boiler it will fire back up again and you might get it to run for another 1/4 before it trips again and so on.
a plumber friend of mine has had a look and he suspects the pcb. but he admits he is no expert on boilers. i`m thinking to change the hot water stat units as i`m thinking they are mis reading the water temp and are then switching off the boiler and also this would be a cheap fix.
