Worcester 28i repressurising

Hi
I had to remove a radiator for some DIY which has now been refitted. Bleeding the radiator, the pressure has dropped in the boiler, understandably. Can someone explain in idiot-proof language how to repressurise this boiler using the filling loop?

turn on the valve/s watch the pressure gauge 1.2 close valve/s
